Bike leasing
All employees have the opportunity to lease a company bike from a specialist shop of their choice, which they can use for both business and private purposes. Whether a road bike, a mountain bike or an e-bike, the type can be selected to suit the employee’s individual needs.

Electric vehicle fleet
We reduce our ecological footprint by lowering the operating costs and CO₂ emissions of our company vehicles. When purchasing new vehicles, we prioritise hybrid or electric ones. Electric charging stations are available at our Rostock, Hanover and Bremen office locations.

Travel cost subsidy
We encourage the use of environmentally friendly means of transport and subsidise the travel costs of our employees, trainees and apprentices on local public transport.
