Multidisciplinary planning and design
The responsibility for sustainably shaping the future, and the challenges associated with digitalisation, require new ways of looking at things and adapted priorities. In our role as General Planner, we bring together a wide range of specialist engineering services under one roof, work in an interdisciplinary manner, and assume overall responsibility for national and international projects. Making good use of ongoing digitalisation – with respect to communication tools, BIM and 3D technologies, for example – we organise our work in an efficient, transparent and collaborative manner.

Field trips
Sharing information and ideas, and developing as a team, are the focus when the various departments at our office locations arrange project-related excursions. These regular field trips offer a valuable opportunity to gain insights into how our proposals are implemented on site and to expand our specialist knowledge. As well as being valuable from a professional perspective, the excursions provide an opportunity to relax and have fun together.

Participation in working groups
The opinions of our employees play an important role in defining our work processes. We maintain cross-location and interdisciplinary working groups in which opportunities for the company to develop are discussed. These can include specialist topics such as sustainability, BIM, GIS and LEAN, or may relate to aspects of everyday work such as innovation and health.
