Work agreements
Our work agreements regulate such issues as working hours, remuneration, benefits, personnel management, staff development and work organisation for all employees. Further agreements between the company management and the staff representation council govern additional topics such as mobile working, the company pension plan and long-term working-time accounts.
Staff representation council
These councils represent the interests of our employees, negotiating work agreements with management and exercising the employees’ right to have a say. There are also individuals assigned to represent the interests of disabled employees and of young people and apprentices. Our ombudsperson is available in relation to salary issues.
Sharing in economic success
Depending on their position, each employee receives either an annual bonus or a special payment based on their employment contract. Monetary agreements are also concluded with project teams for some projects.
Special-occasion bonuses
On the occasion of significant service anniversaries, we express our appreciation for employees’ long-term contributions with a special payment. We also support staff on special occasions such as the birth of a child or a marriage.
Company pension plan
Together with the staff representation council, we have established a company pension plan that includes a voluntary employer contribution upon meeting certain requirements and a subsidy relating to legally prescribed deferred compensation. If employees wish to defer part of their salary, we support this with a subsidy.
Holiday bonus and special bonuses for exceptional commitment
Our staff receive a holiday bonus at the start of the summer season, and employees who demonstrate exceptional commitment can receive a bonus for this in accordance with the applicable work agreement.
